Our story
Foundry & Flame began as a single charcoal drum on a Karachi rooftop — the idea that food tastes like where it's cooked, and fire is the most honest kitchen there is. Every recipe on this menu has been rebuilt around live coals, not convenience.
Today the kitchen is bigger, but the rule hasn't changed: if it can't take the heat, it doesn't go on the menu.
